The certificate should match the vial

A practical guide to analytical records

Start with the exact lot

Compare the lot on the product selection with the lot on the certificate. A report for a different batch does not describe the batch you are selecting. After delivery, compare the vial label with the order record too.

Check the material and the report

Look for the compound name, report reference, laboratory identity, dates, methods and the sample tested. Read the original document when available. A branded badge is not a substitute for the underlying report.

Read each test separately

A result for one attribute does not supply a result for every other attribute. Identity, purity and any additional panels must be considered within the methods and limits reported. An omitted result should not be interpreted as a passing result.

Understand what the document cannot establish

A certificate of analysis reports analytical information about a sample. Demonstrating safety and effectiveness in people requires different evidence, including appropriate clinical research. A certificate is not medical advice or a guarantee of an outcome.

The connection we are demonstrating

In this local concept, each product, certificate and order line shares one lot reference. The report viewer and downloadable PDFs use clearly marked demonstration values. No original laboratory reports or inventory have been supplied.
